In this introductory workshop you will learn everything you need to know to get started, along with the amazing health benefits of growing your own pesticide-free food on your kitchen bench all year round.
Sprouts are easy to grow, require no fancy tools or equipment, don’t take up much space, don’t require much time to look after, and best of all you don’t need to be an expert gardener!
We all need to be including more plants in our diet and having your own supply of nutrient dense food that has not been sprayed with chemicals or done a single travel mile after it is picked is a perfect solution.
We will focus on the simple method of sprouting in a jar and you will start the process with your own jar and seeds to take home. Other methods will be demonstrated along with information on where to purchase your own supplies.
