Feel a sense of slowing down as you arrive on your mat and take a breath. A chance to enjoy being in your body and moving in a way that feels good to you as you are guided through a gentle slow flow yoga practice.

After your practice, stay with us to enjoy a nourishing healthy brunch soaking up the tranquility of the Short Street gardens.

All equipment provided but feel free to bring your own yoga mat and bolster.

Your Hosts:

  • Claire is an experienced yoga teacher with a background in dance and sports science. She is excited to be able to share her knowledge, love of movement and feel-good yoga flows.
  • Robyn and Jess are the founders of Short Street Kitchen, set upon a peaceful and secluded property in the Perth Hills. Short Street Kitchen offers a variety of workshops designed to inspire your health and wellbeing through wholefood plant based eating and a natural and simple lifestyle.
