We have teamed up with the amazing Mel Hoffman to bring you a full day event structured around four dimensions of wellbeing – Body, Mind, Feelings, and Relationships.
Enjoy a day out in the beautiful Perth Hills to BREATHE, to reset your intentions, to be inspired, and to re-energise.
Not only is this a nurturing experience, it's an opportunity to expand your thinking and learn new skills that you can put into practice in everyday life. These include mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, energy boosters, deep listening skills and emotional awareness activities.
You will also participate in creating a feast of nourishing, delicious food that you can enjoy on the day and easily make at home again. Take home some inspiration and practical tips to begin living a healthier lifestyle.
Have time to think, a space to move, and an opportunity to connect with yourself and others. Arrive open to learn and leave re energised.
Arrive at 9am, ready to begin at 9:30am. The day will close at 5pm.
Dress: Comfortable clothes that allow you to stretch and move freely, including sturdy footwear as we will take a stroll in our beautiful gardens.
Mel Hoffmann is an experienced group facilitator, executive coach and teacher of the Thinking Environment, a framework that helps people generate their own best ideas and thinking to create the lives that they want. She is passionate about facilitating processes and learning opportunities that inspire growth, nourish the soul and encourage personal wellbeing.
